NAB decides to file four references against Sharif family, Ishaq Dar

ISLAMABAD: The executive board of National Accountability Court (NAB) on Thursday decided to file four references in PANAMA Case: three against Nawaz Sharif family and one against Ishaq Dar.
The meeting was held in compliance of Honorable Supreme Court Judgment dated 28 July 2017 regarding the PANAMA Case.
It was decided to file four references in the Accountability Courts at Islamabad/Rawalpndi.
The references were prepared on the basis of the material collected and referred to by the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) in its report and any other material collected by NAB during the course of Investigation.
The following three (3) References were approved against Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and family during the meeting:
a) Reference relating to the Avenfield Properties (Flat No.16 and 16-A, 17 and 17-A Avenfield House, Park Lane, London, United Kingdom).
b) Reference relating to establishment of Azizia Steel Company and Hill Metal Company, Jeddah.
c) Reference relating to Flagship Investment Limited and 15 other companies.
Fourth Reference approved is against Ishaq Dar which is as following;
a) Reference relating to respondent No.10 for possessing assets beyond known sources of income.
The Chairman NAB appreciated the work done at Lahore and Rawalpindi Regions for completing the assigned task within the stipulated time.
The Chairman NAB directed that the prosecution of the cases will be followed up vigorously in the concerned Accountability Courts.
