SRB restores sales tax registration of eight companies


KARACHI: Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) has restored sales tax registration of eight companies, which were suspended on July 25, 2017 for non-compliance of payment and filing monthly returns.
In a communication issued on March 08, 2018, with Pakistan Automation Revenue Pvt Limited (PRAL), the SRB another 08 taxpayers out of 4,338 suspended taxpayers had paid the penalty for non-filing that was imposed on each as per law, and produced relevant CPRs for record.
The SRB said that the registration of eight taxpayers may be restored with immediate effect so the taxpayers may be able to file their Sindh sales tax returns and pay the due amount of Sindh sales tax in normal course.
The SBR restored registration of following taxpayers:
01. M/s. HB Electrical & Mechanical Engineering Contractor
02. M/s. Zawar Ibrahim Bhambhro, government contractor
03. Mujeeb ur Rehman Sahito & Co.
04. M/s. Ilahi Bux Ansari & Co.
05. M/s. Ottoman Reunion
06. M/s. Ahmed Ali contracto
07. M/s. M. Imran Builders
08. M/s. R. Irfan Builders
