SRB restores sales tax registration of six taxpayers


KARACHI: Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) has restored sales tax registration of six taxpayers, who were suspended for non-compliance of payment and filing of returns, official sources said on Saturday.
In a letter sent to Pakistan Revenue Automation (Pvt) Limited (PRAL) the SRB the six taxpayers had paid the penalty for non-filing that was imposed on each as per law and they had produced Cash Payment Receipts (CPRs).
It is worth mentioning that the SRB suspended sales tax registration of around 4,338 taxpayers on July 25, 2017 barring them from undertaking business.
The sales tax registration of following taxpayers has been restored:
01. Qaiser Interiors
02. Pak Matiari-Lahore
03. Al-Riaz Enterprise
04. B.J Company
05. Rana Mansoor Brothers
06. S. Naveed Ahmed Contractor
